Mr. Wong’s real estate career began in 2003 after a successful career in Corporate Finance where he held various financial management positions with various high tech companies’, such as Amdahl, SGI and PeopleSoft, providing a unique understanding of both corporate finance and commercial real estate. Prior to his partnership with Vandermade Commercial, Mr. Wong was with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT where he focused on Office/Industrial properties in Silicon Valley and Northern California representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Mr. Wong continues to focus on the sale and leasing of Office/Industrial properties in Northern California. His clients range from local investors and companies to national chains; Vernon J. Dallman Jr. Marital Trust, Vernon J. Dallman Jr. Family Trust, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Avis Rent A Car System, World Courier, Finitiv, Optimization Marketing (McIntyre Coil), Pacheco Pass Center PostNet, Kneizeh Ventures (ServiceMaster’s) and Acoustic Specialties.
Education
Mr. Wong earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee.
